Baggage allowances
A. Checked in baggage. Maximum of 30kg per passenger
(Exceptions to this will ONLY be allowed if a passenger is joining or leaving the project and has to pack winter or special work clothing and equipment. All requests for excess baggage MUST be made in advance to TGP Reservations or OTRAR Travel in Kazakhstan as NO exceptions will be made at check-in)
B. Hand Baggage.
Passengers will be allowed ONE piece of hand baggage with maximum dimensions of 56cm x 45cm x 25cm which must be capable of being lifted into the overhead lockers without assistance. Passengers may be requested to demonstrate this at check in by lifting the bag head high.
In addition to the above, passengers may carry one small piece such as a dedicated computer case or ladies hand bag.
